- Coordinating of Cleaning Service, maintenance, and Severe Weather Preparation.
- Overall Accounting of Account Payable/Receivable,and Tax Payment.
- Customer Relation Management.
- Constant Communication on Property and Rental Status.
- Monthly Owner Statements with Property Summary, by the 7th of every month.
- Concierge Service
Long Term Property Management
This service is for Owners who have properties that will be rented for 6 months or longer fees for this service is 10%.
- Pre-Screening of all Tennants
- Quarterly Inspection of Property
- Servre Weather Preparation
- Full Accounting with Monthly Owner Statement and Property Summary
- Handling of all Tenant Relations.
Short Term Property Assisting
For Owners who manage their own property and need a little help we offer these services...Fee for this package is $40 per month plus the cost of cleaning and any maintenance. Vacancy Fills will be assesed a 15% Fee.
- Supplemental Rentals during Vacancies.
- Coordinating of Cleaning and maintenance .
- Emergency On call Service for all Guests at your property.
